Half Night of Prayer for Derby's Elections
2008
30th April 2008, 8 pm to midnight
YWAM base, 96 Whitaker Road
The elections are an important part of life in the city, and this
year there is added significance as the elected party is likely
to stay in power for two years.
This half night of prayer is on the eve of the elections, which
are to be held on 1st May.

Derbyshire Prayer Walk 2008
A prayer walk to stimulate a wave of prayer and mission throughout
the county. With prayer for local issues as the walk passes through
each district.
Walk for part or all of the week, join the backup team, or attend
the prayer events.

Every 13th of the month, 6.30pm-7.30pm

Monthly on Monday afternoons, 1.30-3.00pm
(Normally 3rd Monday of the month)
YWAM Derby Base, 96 Whitaker Road, Derby
All who have a heart to see God's justice and righteousness established
in the City of Derby are invited to join. Those who believe that
they are called to intercessory prayer will be welcome to join
members
of Lydia Fellowship International, Prayershield for Derby and YWAM.

King's Place
First Friday of the month,
5:30-6:45pm during term time
Church of God of Prophecy, Village Street
If you value and believe in the power of prayer, and want to
encourage your child to have an active prayer life, this would
be a good
place to build on what you already have or re-examine ways to
encourage your family prayer life.
Aimed at children from school years 3 to 8 (ages 7 to 13), but
this is flexible.
Includes worship, prayer stations (praying creatively), story
and a ministry time.
